How do I book my hotel room?

All official weekend events will be hosted at the Pinehurst Resort & Spa in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Specific room locations within the resort will be communicated to registered guests prior to arrival.

How do I book my hotel room?

Hotel accommodations must be booked through the official event hotel booking link. Guests must enter the official event dates to view availability. Reserve your room by October 4, 2026.

Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary self-parking and valet services are available at the resort.

▸ Spa & Wellness Experience

Is a spa experience available during the weekend?

Yes. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in luxury spa services at Pinehurst Resort & Spa.

How do I book spa services?

The spa booking link will be available on the website soon. We encourage guests to check back and reserve early, as availability is limited.

Yes. Pinehurst Resort offers ramps, elevators, and accessible guest accommodations.

What is the registration fee?

Archon & Archuosai / Guest - $1,500
Archon ONLY: Registration - $750

What does registration include?

Registration grants access to official programmed events, meals, receptions, and curated experiences throughout the weekend.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Registration may be split into three (3) payments.
All balances must be paid in full by October 4, 2026.

Are refunds available?

Refund and cancellation policies are outlined during the registration process. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

Will food and beverages be provided?

Yes. Select meals, receptions, and hosted dining experiences are included throughout the weekend.

Gala Menu options will be requested closer to the event. Saturday breakfast is included in your registration at the Pinehurst Resort and Spa.

What is the dress code for the weekend?

Attire varies by event. Guests are asked to refer to the Style Guide available on the website for full details.
